This will be an event for NJBA, PABA, NOMMA and others. All are welcome! Eric Cuper and Dan O’Sullivan will be teaming up for a delightful demonstration on blacksmithing producing a finished piece suitable for auction. Eric, our host, has his BFA and MFA degrees specializing in blacksmithing. He has forged award winning sculptures and currently operating Cuper Studios LLC. Dan, has completed an apprenticeship for wrought ironwork in France, taught blacksmithing in Ireland, and now is proud to be a Local 483 Ironworker and on the Board of the NJBA. Coffee and donuts @ 8:45, demos start at 9. There will be a break for lunch with more demos from 1 to 4pm. |
